For years, Café Sierra has been a place where guests have gathered to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories all over seafood.  As we look toward the future, we recognize that every great destination should continue to evolve, grow, and offer something more.

MERiNE is the next chapter of that story.
This is more than a new name.

It is a return to something that has always been a part of our unique history. Guests will continue to find the abundant seafood, warmth, hospitality, and welcoming spirit they have always loved, while experiencing a refreshed vision shaped by thoughtful design, elevated culinary offerings, and a renewed perspective on what dining here can be.

Throughout this process, we have done more than rebrand or refresh the restaurant’s design and story. We have listened carefully to what works, what has lasted, and what our guests continue to value. We have also considered what we are ready to evolve, reimagine, or leave behind as we move forward.

Many of the tradition's guests have come to love will remain, while others will evolve to make room for new experiences, fresh ideas, and a stronger sense of place.

We are not leaving the past behind. We are bringing it back to the surface, reconnecting with the history that inspired this place, and reimagining it for a new generation.

We look forward to sharing what comes next and introducing you to the story of MERiNE.
